Returns and refund policy

Return eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Products must be in original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition

Warranty coverage

Diffusers with manufacturing defects are covered under our 6-month warranty. This warranty covers motor replacement for defective units.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

How to initiate a return

To start the return process, please email us at info@virtuearoma.co.za with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different variant, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please follow the return process and indicate your preferred variant in your email.
